Please review the order details carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors. The order confirmation email serves as acknowledgment of your order and does not guarantee product availability.

1.2 Processing Time Our team works diligently to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. The typical processing time for an order is 1 business day. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

The estimated delivery time and cost will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the shipment.

2.2 Delivery Time The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping method, destination, and external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays). Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided during the checkout process as a general guideline.

2.3 Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information, if available. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated by the shipping carrier.

2.4 Shipping Restrictions We strive to offer shipping services to as many locations as possible. However, there may be certain restrictions on shipping certain products or delivering to specific regions or countries. If we are unable to ship to your desired destination, we will notify you promptly and provide possible alternatives if available.

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely satisfied with. Once the return is received it can take up to 3 business days to process the return.

All returns must include the original packaging as the item was received. Items and packing must not be marred, mishandled, or tampered with by an unauthorized repair person. Returns must be free of any physical or cosmetic damage.

Defective Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase only if the item is in new condition and free of any cosmetic damage. If the product has cosmetic or physical damage, it will be sent to the manufacture for repair in the customer's name.

We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. When making your return, please include a copy of the invoice and a short note stating the reason for your return. In your note, please specify whether you wish to exchange the product or receive a refund.

Returns returned in used and open condtion can be subject to a restocking fee.
