The digital still Camera or Lens registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract may be purchased for New Products with at least ninety (90) days remaining on the original manufacturer’s warranty. You must register this warranty within thirty (30) days with FRC by visiting us at our website www.factoryrepaircenter.com or by calling us toll free at 1-877-371-8338.
In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.factoryrepaircenter.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. Factory Repair Center Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.
The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer defects). Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, serial number altered, defaced or removed, damaged as a result of liquid, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this service contact. Factory Repair Center reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealers or service contract holder. This service contract permits three CCD Surface Cleanings for the life of the contract.
This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover damaged LCD’s, interchangeable lens, batteries, remotes, power adapter, digital media, software, bent card reader pins, docking station and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.

This service contract will cover one digital camera body and (1-standard 38mm range) lens providing that both pieces of equipment are listed on the same sales receipt.

Factory Repair Center will not be liable for the loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the equipment cannot be restored to manufacturer’s specifications or is deemed by Factory Repair Center, in its sole discretion, to be beyond economic repair, or if the unit has been repaired 3 consecutive times for the same repair and it requires a 4th repair for the same problem, FRC may, at our discretion, replace your unit with an equivalent model of like kind and quality or refund you the current market value of your covered equipment in U.S. Dollars. Any refund will be limited to the price you paid for the original product excluding taxes. If a replacement or refund is made under this contract there will no longer be coverage under this contract and all obligations are satisfied.

Return Policy
Return Policy
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely satisfied with. Once the return is received it can take up to 3 business days to process the return.
All returns must include the original packaging as the item was received. Items and packing must not be marred, mishandled, or tampered with by an unauthorized repair person. Returns must be free of any physical or cosmetic damage.
Defective Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase only if the item is in new condition and free of any cosmetic damage. If the product has cosmetic or physical damage, it will be sent to the manufacture for repair in the customer's name.
We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. When making your return, please include a copy of the invoice and a short note stating the reason for your return. In your note, please specify whether you wish to exchange the product or receive a refund.
Returns returned in used and open condtion can be subject to a restocking fee.
